  • How much should I expect to pay for a Professional from Stafflers?
    The cost depends on the expertise level you require: Entry Level (some experience): $9-11 USD/hour Intermediate Level (3-5+ years of experience): $12-15 USD/hour Expert Level (8+ years of experience): $16+ USD/hour For Head Hunting, expect to pay $1,200 to $2,000 plus 30% of the annual salary as a one-time fee.   • How do I pay Stafflers?
    If you choose to pay through Stafflers, you’ll pay us, a US-based company, and we will pay the Virtual Professional. We accept Credit Cards and ACH payments. For international clients, we only accept Credit Cards (transaction fees may apply). If you opt for the head-hunting option, you will pay the Virtual Professional directly at your convenience.
  • Where do Stafflers work from?
    Our professionals live and work in Latin America, typically from their home, home office, internet cafe, or co-working space in their home city. You can arrange a specific working location with them if preferred.
  • Do I need to pay any Taxes?
    No, when you work with a Virtual Professional from Stafflers, you are hiring our services (a US company), not directly hiring the VPs. This means no taxes are due. We handle all the paperwork for hiring our VPs as foreign independent contractors, so you don’t need to worry about tax forms.
  • Do you offer a guarantee?
    Yes, we offer a Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the professional within the first four months, we will replace them at no cost.
  • Who will train my assistant and tell them what they should work on?
    You or someone from your company will need to train the professionals. Just like with regular employees, they will need to go through your training and onboarding process. If you need help with training, creating a sales or marketing strategy, or anything else, contact the Stafflers team for assistance.
  • Does your company run background checks on all VPs?
    No, we do not run international background checks. However, we have a thorough application process that includes manual review and approval. We typically accept only candidates with a 4-year degree, 2+ years of work experience, and those who provide detailed and thorough responses to our application questions.
